Ashlee’s experience in raw land sales and development extend beyond that of a listing or buying agent. She has purchased, entitled and sold land on a personal basis, which aids her in understanding all perspectives, but most importantly her clients. She has extensive involvement in: dealing with the land owners; meetings with the public works officials; surveying and engineering; planning commission and city council meetings and negotiating and selling properties of all values. Ashlee’s past career achievement success include ten valuable years of sales experience with the worldwide pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly. Seven of these were in California where she received presidents council three times, which put her in the top 1% of the entire nationwide company in sales. She was rated in the top .05% in competency assessments and was awarded MVP and peer achievement awards with her district on several occasions. Ashlee also has ownership in the local restaurant 10 North Main and Sixteen03 Main Events in Bismarck, ND and serves as board President of Power of the Purse.
